I. II. It is prohibited to collude with employees inside and outside the Company and obtain transactions by improper means (bidding, partnership, etc.). We will ensure that every cooperation is equal and mutually beneficial, and every transaction is transparent and efficient. 

III. Partners shall be encouraged to report to the supervision department of the Company timely in case of any behavior of employees of the Company asking for bribes.
